This is a practice very similar to Wing Chuns famous Sticky Hands drill. Unlike Wing Chun, the primary focus will be to affect your opponent with Internal Power, not structure alone. The play incorporates more movement than the Clear Internal Push Hands method, and the two games complement each other very nicely.
